Da Nang and the Chinese Guangxi Province''s Fangchenggang City plan to
develop a sea tourism route connecting the Chinese city with Ha Long
Bay, Da Nang and Nha Trang cities.
The central city and the southern Soc Trang Province have signed an
agreement on information technology (IT) application and development
co-operation for the 2015-2020 period.
