MetLife, BIDV to form a life insurance company

MetLife, Inc, the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam Insurance Corporation (BIC) signed an agreement on Thursday to establish a life insurance joint venture in Viet Nam.
