HIPC borrows VND555 billion from VietinBank

Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (HIPC) signed a contract on Tuesday to borrow VND555 billion (US$26.4 million) from the Viet Nam Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank).
