The Hanoi Telecom JSC received the Prime Minister''s decision approving
its transformation from a Business Corporation Contract (BCC) to become
Vietnamobile Telecommunication JSC in Ha Noi on Tuesday.
Hanoi Telecom, operator of struggling Vietnamobile mobile network, said
it needs more telecommunication bandwidth in a bid to expand its 3G
(third generation) coverage.
Viet Nam Cyberspace Security Technology (VNCS) under the Ha Noi Telecom
Company has introduced to its central website a monitoring system that
detects cyber attacks.
