Transport Ministry supports Dutch firm's expansion bid

The Transport Ministry has proposed that Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (SBIC) be allowed to sell 70 per cent of shares at Song Cam Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company to Damen Shipyards Group.
