Business Traveller magazine has granted the award "Best Resort
Hotel in Asia-Pacific" to InterContinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula Resort,
owned by Vietnamese Sun Group Corporation.
Tourism investors are hoping the central coast will become a new Phuket
or Bali, and have continued to build resorts and other tourism
destinations in the region despite the recession and property-market
slump.
