Cash flows into or out of Viet Nam relating to foreign direct investment
(FDI) activities are always of significant interest to not only foreign
investors, but state agencies also.
Circular 05/2014/TT-NHNN (12 March 2014) issued by the State Bank of
Viet Nam (SBV) contains guidelines on opening and using indirect
investment capital accounts for implementing foreign indirect investment
activities in Viet Nam.
Law 36/2009/QH 12 dated June 29, 2009, amends and
supplements a number of Articles of Law on Intellectual Property 2005
(Law on Intellectual Property) and provides some new amended regulations
on establishment of industrial property rights.
