Vietnamese and Austrian enterprises attended a
business-to-business platform in Austria on Tuesday to seek partners in
the fields of clean energy, banking, telecommunications and garments, as
well as food.
PNJ, the leading jewellery brand in Viet Nam,
signed on Friday a brand co-operation agreement with Austria''s Swarovski
Group, promising to bring to Vietnamese customers the exciting
experiences of the new products of PNJ combined with the prestigious and
well-known Swarovski stone brand.
Viet Nam, with a young population and increasingly wealthy and growing
middle class, was a potential market of 90-million customers, said
Thomas Loidl, Austrian Ambassador to Viet Nam during a Austria-Viet Nam
business meeting in Ha Noi yesterday.
