In a working session with the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s European – American Market Department, General Director of Aeon TopValu Vietnam Shiotani Yuichiro said that he has a great expectation when joining the sourcing fair.
In the coming year, the value of Vietnamese goods sold into modern retail system Aeon Group (Japan) will likely reach US$0.5 billion and is expected to reach $1 billion in the next five years.
More than 140 local and international manufacturers and suppliers sought opportunities to export Vietnamese goods to Japan at the 2019 AEON Supplier Conference in Ha Noi on Wednesday.
