The Prime Minister has approved the content of a draft co-operation
agreement on mutual administrative assistance in customs between the
governments of Viet Nam and Italy.
Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sector, need to
overcome technical barriers if they are to take full advantage of a
bilateral agreement and boost exports to Japan, experts say.
