Phu Yen licenses luxury tourism project

The People''s Committee of central Phu Yen Province granted an investment certificate to Korean company Sunrise Vietnam Co. Ltd. on Wednesday to build an $80 million tourism complex in Tuy An District and Tuy Hoa City.
