HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Mercer, the leading global provider of human resource services and its associate in Viet Nam, Talentnet, will hold seminars this month on the results of its Vietnam Total Remuneration Survey 2013 in HCM City and Ha Noi.
The seminars, to be organised at Ha Noi's Sofitel Plaza on October 17 and at HCM City's Sheraton Tower on Octorber 18, will provide participants with essential data about salary increase rates, common allowances and bonuses by industry and level.
Employee turnover rates and compensation mix for each level of staff will be discussed.
With 418 participants and remuneration data of 142,587 employees, the survey is the largest and the most comprehensive remuneration survey in Viet Nam, according to the company.
This is the 14th consecutive year that Mercer has conducted the survey in Viet Nam. — VNS
