A wide range of motorcycle models manufactured by the world’s leading producers will be on display on a 10,000sq.m. area during the Viet Nam Motorcycle Show 2017 (VMCS 2017).

The event is scheduled in Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center - SECC, HCM City on May 4-7.

The show, the second of its kind, will be held by the Vietnam Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers (VAMM). Famous brand names from official suppliers, including Honda, Piaggio, Yamaha, SYM and Suzuki, as well as some imported complete built units, such as Benelli, Ducati, Kawasaki, Peugeot and Harley Davidson, will be present at the event.

The four-day show will present diversified activities, such as new motorcycle launches, the introduction of new technologies, promotion programmes, art performances and game shows.

In addition, several brands from the support industry, spare parts and other fields such as finance, insurance and banking will also be present at the event.

According to VAMM chairman Yano Takeshi, the show was aimed at creating a prestigious and professional playground for manufacturers to popularise their products.

He said it was billed as a bridge to bring high-end motorcycles with modern technology closer to Vietnamese consumers, contributing to the branching out of the local motorcycle industry.

The event is expected to welcome 150,000 visitors to experience free test drives and participate in vibrant interactive activities.
