Roche Vietnam (Diagnostics), the in-vitro diagnostics company, recently was recognised as one of the best places to work in Việt Nam for 2023.

Best Places to Work is an international HR certification programme providing employers in different countries the opportunity to learn more about the engagement and satisfaction of their employees and honor those who deliver an outstanding work experience with the highest standards regarding working conditions.

Employees ranked Roche Vietnam (Diagnostics) favourably in all of the eight workplace factors of the certification (Leadership, HR Practices; Compensation; Benefits; Teamwork & relationships; Engagement; Workplace & Procedures, and Corporate Social Responsibility). More than 94 per cent of its employees find the organisation a great employer, and highly value their leadership team; their relationship with colleagues; the environment within the workplace, and flexibility, autonomy and life-work balance.

“Receiving the certification of the best place to work is a testament to Roche's unwavering dedication to its employees,” said Dr. Qadeer Raza, General Manager of Roche Vietnam (Diagnostics)."While we are honored to be recognized as one of the best places to work, our focus remains on empowering and providing the right environment to our employees for their growth and creating a results-driven culture in the interests of people and patients in Việt Nam.”

Every year, the programme partners with many organisations, across different industries, to help them measure, benchmark, and improve their HR practices and have access to the tools and expertise they need to deliver effective and sustainable change in their organisations. — VNS
