A thousand projects will call for investment at the second Viet Nam Industrial Real Estate Forum scheduled for June 19 in Ha Noi.
The forum is organised by the Viet Nam National Real Estate Association, the Central Institute for Economic Management and Thuong gia (Trader) magazine.
At the forum, participants will share information and put forward solutions to help investors grasp opportunities in Viet Nam’s industrial real estate market in 2020-22.
The forum will also be a venue connecting State management agencies, local People’s Committees and management boards of economic and industrial zones, as well as international organisations, FDI firms, banks, financial institutions and investors.
The property market is facing many difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, industrial real estate is assessed to be an attractive segment for investors.
According to a report of the Economic Zone Management Department under the Ministry of Planning and Investment, by the end of March, Viet Nam had 335 industrial zones, including 260 in operation and 75 under construction. — VNS
