With a wave of investments in developing luxury tourism property projects, Phu Quoc Island is transforming rapidly and expected to soon become a popular tourist hub of Viet Nam.
Many experts and developers said, not exaggeratedly, Phu Quoc, an island off the coast of Kien Giang Province with the beautiful white beach stretching along 150 kilometres, would become a tourist hub such as Singapore’s Sentosa, Indonesia’s Bali and Thailand’s Phuket or even beyond.
Big property developers have flocked into the island, pouring billions of dollars into building high-end resort projects, such as Vingroup, BIM Group and CEO Group, driven by rich tourism potential coupled with the improved infrastructure system.
This is offering great opportunities for investors who are looking to buy property as an investment.
With an increasing number of tourist arrivals every year, while the supply of rooms remained limited, investments in Phu Quoc property promise high returns, and that is drawing significant attraction of investors.
A clear example is the successful opening sale of BIM Group’s Boutique Hotels Phu Quoc Waterfront which witnessed bookings where purchase outnumbered supply.
Another project of BIM group, InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach & Residences, is also expected to heat up the market. However, the developer is in no hurry to release this luxury project.
A representative of BIM Group said that: “We don’t want to release property products massively and mindlessly. What we are targeting is quality.”
“InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach & Residences is developed with all our heart, and is a breakthrough that marks our reach to international standards.”
“We have been working closely with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’ top hospitality brands, to ensure world-class quality for the every detail of InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach & Residences,” he said, adding, “We want InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort & Residences to be an absolute draw for investors and tourists.”
Construction of InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort & Residence is now nearing completion.
BIM Group will officially launch the project next month with an attractive revenue sharing policy, which is expected to become a magnet of cash flow.
Located in BIM Group’s Phu Quoc Marina Complex, InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort & Residences has 339 luxury hotel rooms, 115 resort apartments and five resort villas with world-class facilities. — VNS
