Housing developer Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation late last week launched its new project, Phú Mỹ Hưng L’Arcade.
L’Arcade, which is the second project launched by Phú Mỹ Hưng this year, will be located in the International Trade and Finance District of the Phú Mỹ Hưng New City Centre in District 7 of HCM City.
Phú Mỹ Hưng L'Arcade is the most exceptional project to date by the developer, featuring a rare location and a unique urban planning design.
At the launching ceremony, the corporation affirmed that Phú Mỹ Hưng L'Arcade marks the corporation’s new development phase after more than three decades of formation and growth, which they call phase 2.0.
“Over more than 30 years of establishment and development, Phú Mỹ Hưng has become a model urban area meeting international standards, attracting over 60,000 people from 50 countries and territories to live, work, and study here. Our efforts do not stop here; we continue to strive every day to transform, Phú Mỹ Hưng into a comprehensive city center. We refer to this as the 2.0 development phase,” said Bùi Duy Toàn, director of the sales and marketing division.
The project not only marks the 2.0 development phase with many improvements in planning, design, and product types, but it is also considered a rare, valuable project located in the heart of the financial centre, near the country's largest exhibition centre, Sài Gòn Exhibition and Convention Centre, and adjacent to the Crescent District. Currently, the surroundings of the project encompass all the factors of an upscale residential area, an ideal workplace, and a place to enjoy high-class services.
The project includes two buildings situated on two land plots with a total area of over 8,700sq.m, both facing a park with a combined area of 1,800sq.m.
The project has a total of 37 units.
Each building comprises a basement and five to six above-ground levels, with the top two floors serving as residential apartments and the lower three to four floors designated for commercial shops.
