ĐÀ NẴNG — Meliá Hotels International (MHI) and Vietnam Airlines have once again joined forces to bring meaningful travel experiences to children in need through the third edition of Dream Trip in Việt Nam.

This year’s Dream Trip brings together 80 children aged 6 to 12 from Đà Nẵng’s Village of Hope and local orphanages for a two-day experiential retreat at Meliá Danang Beach Resort, held from June 3 to 4.

Organised in collaboration with Vietnam Airlines and supported by the Vietnam Children’s Fund and SpaceSpeakers Group, the initiative offers a safe and joyful space where children can experience the magic of travel, build new skills and create lasting memories, just in time for their summer break.

“Dream Trip was born out of a shared belief that all children deserve the opportunity to dream, learn and thrive,” said Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific at MHI Ignacio Martin. “Our enduring partnership with Vietnam Airlines and trusted local partners enables us to create powerful, transformative moments of joy and learning that go far beyond a holiday.”

First launched in 2022, Dream Trip has positively impacted the lives of over 250 children across Việt Nam, with past editions held at Meliá Hồ Tràm and Meliá Vinpearl Cam Ranh Beach Resort.

It remains a cornerstone of MHI’s purpose-driven approach to hospitality, focused on expanding access to meaningful experiences for underprivileged communities. — VNS
