The Frasers Law Company launched the second edition of its Frasers Vietnam Mergers & Acquisitions Guide in HCM City on Tuesday.

The guide provides the most comprehensive and up-to-date regulatory focused M&A guide in the country, it said, calling it “arguably the most scintillating read of 2022 for people interested in M&A transactions in the country.”

The guide focuses on key regulatory considerations that need to be considered in concluding a successful M&A deal in Viet Nam.
