HÀ NỘI — Nearly 150 university students from Hà Nội battled time and pressure in a 35-hour race at InternPitch Camp 2025, where they developed integrated marketing campaigns for real businesses.
Held by Le Bros and the British University Vietnam (BUV), the event brought together final-year students and fresh graduates seeking internships in marketing and communications.
Teams worked overnight in a hackathon-style format, building and pitching creative campaigns based on real-world briefs from industries like finance, telecommunications and manufacturing.
Students were grouped into mock 'agencies', with roles such as planners, creatives and media strategists. Each team had under 20 hours to turn raw briefs into professional proposals, culminating in 20-minute pitches before a panel of judges.
“We were exhausted, but our team supported each other and delivered a plan we’re proud of,” said a member of the winning Sấu Xanh team.
Cóc Cóc won praise for their campaign on sustainable development in the industrial sector, using a 'Leader Talk' panel format under the theme 'Investing for a Green Future'.
In the finance category, Sấu Xanh wowed judges with 'A Vibrant Green Hue', blending Gen Z environmental values with the image of the forest goddess Cô Đôi Thượng Ngàn to promote eco-conscious financial behaviour.
Telecom briefs saw strong competition. The Metafour team’s nostalgic concept traced tech evolution from 2G to 5G, while Cận Bros won the category with bold live tech event ideas and confident Q&A delivery.
Many winners came from international universities in Việt Nam, showcasing fresh perspectives and creativity.
“This isn’t just a competition. It prepares students for the real marketing world,” said Đỗ Thị Hải Đăng, CEO of Le Bros.
Professor Rick Bennett of BUV added: “This is hands-on learning at its best. Students discovered what they’re truly capable of.”
