HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Ha Noi will host a fair featuring high-quality safe food and agri-products at the Hanoi Agriculture Trade Promotion Centre on Hoang Quoc Viet Street on October 6-9.

According to the Business Association of High-Quality Vietnamese Goods (BSA), the fair will host 130 enterprises with 200 booths showcasing thousands of food products with the high-quality Vietnamese goods logo.

The fair will be divided into several areas for foods and milk products, canned food, dry food and seafood; producers' services on packaging and technology; rice and clean food; vegetable and fruit products; and special food from various areas of the country.

Well-known companies such as Trung Nguyen Coffee Group, Nutrition Food JSC, Tuong An Vegetable Oil Company and Namilux JSC will attend the fair.

The most delicious varieties of rice from the country's southern region with famous brand names, such as ST Soc Trang, Co May and Tam Viet, will also be showcased at the fair.

Vu Kim Hanh, president of the BSA, said the fair was a chance for customers to identify original high-quality Vietnamese goods and safe agri-products.

Seminars on global quality Vietnamese products, Vietnamese rice and organic agricultural products and a variety of Vietnamese ingredients will be conducted during the event, in addition to a festival of southern traditional cakes, a southern cuisine buffet, promotions and gift distribution events. — VNS
