Frieslandcampina Viet Nam’s Fristi brand has cooperated with VTV Digital, which is under Vietnam Television (VTV), to launch a project to produce and distribute children’s television content on digital platforms.
The project, which will produce cartoons broadcast daily along with other topical and interactive satellite programmes, is expected to start in mid-2021.
With healthy, colourful and entertaining content based on children’s rich imaginations integrated with educational messages, each episode will be a rewarding and lively gift for children.
The project aims to help children become confident and mature in a comprehensive way, following the mission of “For Vietnam to Leap Forward and Reach Higher” that the Group recently initiated.
With the cooperation, Fristi brand hopes to bring attractive programmes to children, nurturing their rich imagination and promoting qualities such as kindness and bravery.
The programmes will be distributed on VTV’s extensive digital platforms such as vtvgo, vtv.vn and VTV’s social networking platforms so they can watch anywhere at any time of the day. The aim is to address the lack of healthy entertainment content for Vietnamese children on digital platforms.
Journalist Le Quang Minh, director of VTV’s digital content production and development center, said: “We are delighted with this promising partnership. VTV Digital shares Fristi’s vision about the role of digital content in children’s mental and cognitive development in the context of digital media that has crept into every corner of life and in each family.
“We hope that with the outstanding strengths of both sides, the cooperation will bring the best experience for our audience, especially Vietnamese children, to easily access VTV’s rich content store on the digital platform,” he said.
Ta Thuy Ha, marketing director of consumer dairy products at FrieslandCampina Viet Nam, said with an experienced production team from VTV, Fristi would build rich and attractive media content, and update new trends that are entertaining yet educational for Vietnamese children.
For more than two decades in Vietnam, Fristi has helped Vietnamese children grow, nurturing their imagination and bravery with its high-quality products, she said.
“We hope to bring attractive and useful programmes, thereby fostering children’s generosity, compassion and heroic bravery, contributing to the physical and mental development of Vietnamese children, preparing a solid foundation for young generations to build a beautiful future.”
