Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 exhibition to bring int'l exhibitors to Việt Nam next month


The event will offer product updates and the latest culinary trends, while providing a space for F&B businesses from around the world to meet, exchange experiences and build cooperation.

The second International Food & Drink, Hotel, Restaurant, Bakery and Foodservice Equipment, Supplies & Services Exhibition, known as Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023, will take place from November 21-23 in the capital city Hà Nội.

The upcoming Food & Hotel Hanoi 2023 will be a remarkable event in the northern market, hosting 113 exhibitors from 13 countries and regions. With an expansive exhibition area of 6,800 square metres, this event is anticipated to attract more than 6,500 trade visitors, according to BT Tee, general manager at Informa Markets (Informa Markets is the leading global exhibition organiser) in a pre-show press conference which was held in Hà Nội on October 24.

BT Tee said the event will offer interesting experiences, and updates on products and the latest culinary trends in the restaurant and hotel business. It is also a meeting and connection place for many businesses in the world in the culinary, restaurant and catering fields in order to share, exchange experiences and create opportunities for cooperation and development.

This trade show serves as a platform for knowledge exchange, promotes understanding of the unique needs and aspirations of our respective markets, and builds bridges that will facilitate trade.

Tourism is boosting Vietnam's F&B and accommodation markets. The F&B industry in Vietnam is experiencing rapid development, with revenue reaching nearly VNĐ610 trillion. It's expected to grow by 18 per cent in 2023, according to a Report on the Foodservice Market in Vietnam 2022.
