HCM CITY — AUX Group, ranked among "China's Top 500 Enterprises in 2024", has expanded into the Vietnamese market with its air conditioners and a target of 15 per cent market share within three years.
AUX Việt Nam Deputy General Director Hồ Thanh Lâm said after conducting surveys the company found that consumer demand focuses on all aspects of air conditioners and so launched the C-Series product line designed specifically for the market with high performance, quiet operation, superior durability, health protection, and easy installation and maintenance.
Soon AUX plans to introduce the high-end Shinflow, a product line suitable for both households and commercial establishments.
Products sold in the Vietnamese market will be manufactured at AUX's largest factory in Southeast Asia in Thailand.
Lâm also noted that AUX would introduce a high-end product line with AI technology, including automatic voice control and utility optimisation according to different user needs.
"AUX targets mid- to high-end customers in Việt Nam.”
AUX also prioritises after-sales service and customer rights protection in Việt Nam, with an exchange within 365 days policy for products purchased in 2025 if a product encounters quality problems due to component or technical defects from the manufacturer, he said.
Founded in 1986, AUX group operates in varios sectors, includding home appliances, electrical equipment, power distribution, renewable energy, and healthcare.
