HUẾ CITY — Central Retail Vietnam opened its first mini go! supermarket in Hương Trà Town, Huế City, on December 18, marking its 14th outlet nationwide and the first in Huế.

Spanning over 3,000 square metres, go! Hương Trà follows the 'Eat - Shop - Play' model, offering groceries, essentials and entertainment to serve residents and visitors.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Nguyễn Duy Hùng, Chairman of the Hương Trà Town People’s Committee, said: "The opening of go! Hương Trà is a significant milestone in the town’s development. It not only enhances the urban landscape but also contributes to the economic and social growth of the area."

The supermarket has created over 100 local jobs and is offering discounts of up to 49 per cent on thousands of products for its grand opening.

The new supermarket is expected to boost local commerce, stabilise prices, and contribute to the development of Hương Trà Town and its surrounding areas. — VNS
