The ministry is seeking opinions for the draft law that may be applied to businesses that don't report their activities to relevant authorities within six months or if the authorities cannot contact their headquarters in the same period.
According to the draft law, the enterprises will be forced to dissolve followed by the revocation of their licenses. — VNS
