Property developer Sun Group will start bookings for its luxury apartments Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence from December 28.

Buyers who pay a deposit next Wednesday itself will get 5 per cent discount on the rate and a voucher for two-night stay at five-star properties JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay or InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort.

At the event, the developer will, for the first time, introduce a new apartment product called the “dual key”, a smart design that allows an apartment to be separated into two living spaces so that it can be used for residing and leasing at the same time. This new trend has seen success in expensive cities such as Singapore and Hong Kong.

Located in a prime location, near the capital’s downtown and West Lake, Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence offers buyers environment-friendly designs, smart solutions and adequate facilities.

Flats are scheduled to be handed over to buyers from the fourth quarter of 2017.

The developer is joining hands with banks to provide attractive loans to buyers, such as loans of up to 70 per cent of the apartment value and zero-interest rates for 18 months. — VNS
