Bình Định licenses a $7.2 million wood and furniture processing project


The Management Board of Bình Định Economic Zone has approved a wood and furniture processing project, with a total investment of more than VNĐ182 billion (US$7.17 million), in Nhơn Hội Industrial Park, Quy Nhơn City.

BÌNH ĐỊNH — The Management Board of Bình Định Economic Zone has approved a wood and furniture processing project with a total investment of more than VNĐ182 billion (US$7.17 million), in Nhơn Hội Industrial Park, Quy Nhơn City, Bình Định Province.

The project aims to expand the Đức Toàn Bình Định high-end interior and exterior wood processing factory at Nhơn Hội Industrial Park, Nhơn Hội Economic Zone.

With an area of ​​more than 4.9 hectares, the factory is designed with a capacity of 20,000 products a year (equivalent to 10,000 square metres of round wood per year and 3,000 tonnes of metals, such as aluminium, steel, stainless steel alloy semi-finished products).

The factory will produce tables, chairs, beds and cabinets made of wood and produce and mechanically processmetal coating and supporting metal components for the interior and exterior wood industry.

The factory is expected to be completed and put into operation in January 2028.

Established on August 14, 2020, Đức Toàn Bình Định Company has a registered capital of VNĐ250 billion, and a potential production scale of 50,000 products a year. — VNS
