BIM Land has worked with a number of the world’s leading hospitality and resort brands such as Hyatt from the US at the Park Hyatt Phu Quoc, the InterContinental Hotels Group from the UK at the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, Crown Plaza Vientiane and Regent Phu Quoc, Singapore’s Ascott Limited at Citadines Marina Halong and Sailing Club Leisure Group at Sailing Club Villas Phu Quoc and Sailing Club Phu Quoc and Singapore’s Fraser Hospitality at Fraser Suites Hanoi.
This helped cement BIM Land’s reputation, quality and competitiveness to win Best Resort Developer Southeast Asia 2018.
“Winning the award of Best Resort Developer Southest Asia 2018 is a milestone in the development of BIM Land. This is also the impetus for BIM Land to develop more quality projects and become a professional developer not only in Viet Nam but also in the region,” Le Minh Dung, a representative from BIM Land, said.
Founded by Dot Property Group, the awards takes a different approach to finding each country’s leading companies by searching for only qualified developer, projects, agents and companies related to the real estate sector leading to higher participation rates and interest.
This is the third year the Dot Property Awards have honoured the best real estate developers in Viet Nam and Southeast Asian countries.
