The property developer VinaCapital Group has introduced its Ocean Estates show village, the last remaining residential beachfront project of the Ocean Resort on the central city’s pristine beach.

Construction on the Ocean Estates commenced in 2016 on an area of 7.5ha with total investment capital of VND650 billion (nearly US$30 million). The area, in the coastal Ngu Hanh Son District, offers 33 beach villas of between three and five bedrooms on plot sizes from 929sq m to 1,303sq m.

Each villa features floor-to-ceiling glass terrace doors, outdoor salas and swimming pools with terraces and balconies throughout. Prices for the villas start at VND16.9 billion (about US$748,000) including VAT.

According to Vinacapital, the Ocean Estates is the last residential project that will be developed within the beachfront parcel of the Ocean Resort, the largest resort complex in the central region which was named ‘Best Golf Development’ on numerous occasions at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011-16.

Matthew Koziora, Director of Transactions at VinaCapital said: “The Ocean Estates and the Ocean Resort are further supported by Da Nang’s emergence as one of the hottest new destinations on the Asian golf and tourism trail. We firmly believe Da Nang is on its way toward establishing itself alongside Southeast Asia’s other famous tourism destinations like Phuket and Bali in the coming years.”

The project developer said 33 luxury Vinaliving-brand villas will be handed over to buyers in December this year, with all land-use right certificates secured for each plot.

The site is surrounded by a series of golf courses including a Greg Norman-designed golf course, separate beach club and is a short distance from the Sheraton Hotel – a selected accommodation site for the Asian Pacific Economic Co-operation (APEC) Summit in Da Nang on November 5-11. — VNS
