Bamboo Airways opens route to Seoul


Bamboo Airways will officially open a regular flight, connecting key cities of Viet Nam with South Korea’s Seoul starting this month.

Bamboo Airways will be operating regular flights connecting key cities in Viet Nam to Seoul in South Korea this month.

Tickets are available for sales from September with attractive fares with high-quality flight experience.

Prices start at around VND2.7 million for a one-way flight from Da Nang to Seoul and are already available to prebook.

A representative of Bamboo Airways said that the airline would use Airbus A321neo aircraft for this route.

The departure time is expected to start from October 17 and the frequency of one round trip per day.

Bamboo Airways will also operate a direct flight from Ha Noi to Prague (Czech Republic) with a frequency of three round trips per week from the first quarter of next year.

After the direct flight of Ha Noi - Prague was put into operation, the flight time from Viet Nam to the Czech Republic is expected to be shortened to 12 hours, helping passengers to save money, time and have more choices in travel planning.

Bamboo Airways would use the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft for this route.

The airline is currently operating 26 domestic and international routes to Japan, South Korea and China.

It is expected to expand its network to 37 - 40 routes, including international routes to South Korea, Taiwan (China) and Southeast Asia within this year.

Bamboo Airways' fleet is expected to reach 30 aircraft in the first quarter of next year, including Airbus A321neo, A320neo and Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. — VNS
