HA NOI (Biz Hub) — All Nippon Airways (ANA) will use the Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft for its daily flight between Ha Noi and Tokyo's Haneda Airport from June 1.

ANA will become the first airline to bring the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which is currently the most modern and efficient commercial super-jet, to Viet Nam.

ANA, Japan's only 5-star airline, was also the first airline in the world to order the Dreamliner from Boeing.

With more spacious cabins, wider windows, abundant storage space, clean and comfortable air circulation together with improved fuel efficiency and unparalleled performance, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner received 890 bookings as of May 2003, the highest in the history of the aviation industry.

The world's first revenue flight with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner was an ANA flight from Tokyo to Hong Kong in October 2011.

ANA has ordered 66 Boeing 787 aircraft so far, 22 of which are currently in operation in domestic and international routes.

ANA's daily and direct Ha Noi-Tokyo flight was launched in March, the airline's second flight service in Viet Nam, besides the HCM City–Tokyo flight which was launched in 2001. — VNS
