The 6th Vietnam International Bicycle Exhibition (Vietnam Cycle 2017) will be held in Ha Noi, with the participation of renowned brands such as Bianchi, Peugeot, Merida and Takuda.
Several modern and youthful products will also be on display.
The event will take place at the Hanoi International Exhibition Centre on Tran Hung Dao Street from November 16 to 19.
The 150-booth exhibition is expected to attract 50 major manufacturers from France, Italy, Japan and the Republic of Korea, as well as China and Viet Nam.
Organisers noted that the event will boost the trend of riding bicycles and promote green energy in Viet Nam, especially in major cities.
It is also an opportunity for Vietnamese manufacturers to develop trade links and seek domestic and international partners and distributors while enhancing brand identification and connecting enterprises and Vietnamese customers.
In addition, there will be significant activities on the sidelines of the event, including a seminar on bicycles and electric bicycles hosted by the National Traffic Safety Committee, in which the committee will answer inquiries of enterprises about urban planning for transportation and procedures for import and registration for vehicles; bicycle fashion show; creative photo corner with bikes; and a playground to experience new cars.
Vietnam Cycle 2017 is considered a highlight of the bicycle industry and is expected to attract some 15,000 visitors.
The event is organised by Vinexad and the Vietnam Auto Motorcycle and Bicycle Association under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in collaboration with the National Traffic Safety Committee.
