Viet Nam won six awards at the 16th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final held online on December 9.
They include for Best Lifestyle Developer by Gamuda Land JSC and Best Sustainable Developer by CapitaLand Development Vietnam.
Two of the most competitive titles, Best Condo Architectural Design and Best Landscape Architectural Design, went to Promena by National Housing Organization, JSC and Grand Marina, Saigon by Masterise Homes.
The Best Industrial Development was won by the Binh Duong Industrial Park by Frasers Property Vietnam and the Best Hotel Interior Design award went to Park Hyatt Phu Quoc Residences by BIM Land.
The 2021 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series culminated in the celebratory virtual finale that celebrated the Asia Pacific’s most exemplary developers, developments and designs in 31 categories.
Some 135 companies were in contention for this year’s awards.
The shortlist was selected from the elite pool of award-winning companies and projects distinguished by the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards’ series of hybrid and virtual gala celebrations in 2021.
