THUA THIEN-HUE — Real-estate developer, VinGroup, has started the construction of a trade centre complex and a five-star hotel in the central Hue city, with a total investment of VND700 billion (US$33.3 million).
The Vice Chairman of Vingroup, Le Khac Hiep, said the project would include the Vincom Hung Vuong trade centre and the Vinpearl Hue 16-storey hotel and would be the first buildings of VinGroup in the north-central region to boost tourism and trade.
The project, which is spread over 4,500 square metres in the city's downtown, is scheduled to become operational next March. — VNS
