HA NOI (BizHub) — Vingroup has announced further stimulus packages to attract customers to the group's real estate properties.

Residents of Royal City, Times City and Vincom Village can use the areas' indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and other sport facilities free of charge, announced Vingroup's press release on Monday.

The company is also eliminating management fees for the next 10 years, said a representative of Vingroup.

Previously, Vingroup planned to charge a management fee of VND8,000 - 10,000 (US$0.38-0.47 ) per sq.m per month.

The company is also hoping to entice residents by offering discounts on education and health care. Children living in Times City will get one year of free tuition in the Vinschool system and half tuition for the next two years. Each apartment will also receive one year of free health insurance at Vinmec International Hospital for two adults and two children.

Vingroup is considering similar measures at Vincom Ba Trieu in Ha Noi and Vincom Dong Khoi in HCM City.— VNS
