HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Nguyen Hoang Tuan, chairman and founder of SonKim Holdings Investment, has been chosen by the editors of Property Report as the first-ever recipient of the Real Estate Personality of the Year in Vietnam.

Tuan upholds the strict high standards and quality of the company's business operations, including its real estate arm SonKim Land Corporation and its subsidiaries.

Tuan said that Vietnam's property market was ready for luxury products and that the newly amended housing regulation allowing foreign ownership was a good sign for the property market, as it would stimulate sales in the luxury sector.

SonKim Land launched the Gateway Thao Dien in May. It is one of two high-profile luxury residential projects of SonKim Land this year. The other is The Nassim, also in HCM City, which will be launched in August. — VNS
