HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — At least 165 of 170 apartments up for sale at the Scenic Valley Project in District 7's Phu My Hung Urban Area were sold late last week during the project's third selling phase.
During the first two selling phases, all of the apartments offered for sale were sold.
Scenic Valley, a project of Phu My Hung Development Company Ltd., was designed by a Singaporean company.
Many customers have expressed interest in the apartments as they run in size from 70 sq.m to more than 100 sq. metres.
The project is expected to be completed in 2017. —VNS
