DA NANG (VNS) — Savills Vietnam has appointed Matthew Powell as the director of its Ha Noi office, the company said on March 18.

Matthew has previously worked for Savills in Ha Noi for five years from 2007.He will manage the Ha Noi office across all business lines with a geographical remit that includes North and Central Viet Nam.

Matthew has extensive Ha Noi experience, particularly with commercial and residential agencies. He has advised clients such as property developers, landlords, office and retail occupiers, investors and residential buyers.

The company provides comprehensive property services.

Savills Viet Nam wasawarded the Golden Dragon Award 2013 as the leading property services provider in Viet Nam. It has the largest and most experienced real estate practice with offices in Ha Noi and HCM City.
