HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — The Phu My Hung Development Corporation last week made available for viewing two model apartments at its new Scenic Valley project.

The second apartment project in the Medical Campus District in the Phu My Hung Urban Area in District 7, it spreads over 3.2ha and will have seven buildings of 16 to 24 storeys.

It is designed by Singaporean company Kyta and planned for completion in 2017 with a total of more than 1,200 units.

A company marketing official told Viet Nam News that the apartments would measure from 70sq.m to over 100sq.m.

At around VND30 million (US$1,400) per square metre, the project has the best price in Phu My Hung, he said.

Units will go on sale on October 4.

Truong Quoc Hung, the company's deputy director, said they are negotiating with banks to offer buyers the best interest rates.

Buyers will have 30 months to pay.

Another feature is that buyers can design their apartments by themselves if they desire. — VNS
