HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Mapletree, one of the leading real estate investors from Singapore, has started constructing the Mapletree Business Centre office tower, the second phase of the Saigon South Complex.
This follows the successful opening of the SC VivoCity shopping mall in late April 2015.
Mapletree Business Centre, an international grade A building by Mapletree in Viet Nam, is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2016. The building will be located in the Saigon South Place Complex, a planned 4.4ha commercial mixed-use area comprising three office towers, two serviced-apartment towers as well as Viet Nam's first SC VivoCity shopping mall. —VNS
