HA NOI — The launch of Sun Grand City Ancora Residence’s sample apartments drew a lot of attention, reflecting the attractiveness of a luxury apartment project in downtown Ha Noi.

Around 500 people attended the inaugural ceremony organised by developer Sun Group on Sunday to see the model apartments and enquire about sales.

Two sample apartments are on display so that visitors can get a sense of the actual living environment: one is a 128.6sqm three-bedroom apartment (No 2 at T2 block) and the other is a 84.7sqm two-bedroom (No 5 at T1 block).

The apartments have scenic balcony views and have been designed by AA Corp in contemporary style, optimising the living space.

The developer has used environment-friendly technologies such as international resort-standard water purifying technology, low-energy tempered glass, and Hafele electric door.

On Sunday, Sun Group had special promotions for buyers, including loans of up to 65 per cent of the apartment price, zero interest rate for 18 months and zero service charges for two years. Members of the group’s loyalty customer club, SOL CLUB, got a discount of 1 per cent for two-bedroom apartments and 1.5 per cent for three-bedroom apartments.

Ancora Residence is the group’s second luxury apartment project in Ha Noi, overlooking the Hong (Red) River, in line with the city’s master plan. — VNS
