HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Construction on the riverside villa project, Holm Residences, started this week in HCM City.
Located in Thao Dien Commune in District 2, the project will be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2016.
Covering a total area of 2.76ha, the project has 29 villas ranging from 272sq.m to 1.018sq.m each.
A big space will be used to build swimming pools for adults and children and a gym facility.
Real estate developer Sapphire is the investor of the project, which is being built by Hoa Binh Corporation. The interior designer is Prime. — VNS
