HA NOI (Biz Hub) — CBRE, the global property consulting firm, signed an agreement with Hoa Binh Company Ltd over managing its V+ commercial centre on August 26 in Ha Noi.
CBRE will manage the centre for one year, and the agreement can be extended to 10 years or longer.
Nguyen Huu Duong, chairman-cum-general director of the company, said that the company and CBRE will only charge for the electricity and water bills of the enterprises having their booths in the centre.
"We will manage the products' quality and price. This means that when enterprises want to put any products on sale, they have to publicise the input prices to prevent them from overcharging consumers. Thanks to this, the products at the centre will have the cheapest prices and the highest quality," he added.
The V+ commercial centre, located in the Hoa Binh Green City complex in Ha Noi City's Hai Ba Trung District, has a total area of more than 25,000 square metres. It will come into operation this December.
Earlier, Duong had said that the Vietnamese enterprises running businesses at the centre would be exempted from paying rent for at least 10 years. However, at the signing ceremony, he said that the companies would get an open-ended exemption. — VNS
