Ascott Limited, CapitaLand’s wholly owned serviced residence business unit, opened its first property in Nha Trang City on July 16, the Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang, which was developed by MIPEC.

Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang is the company’s first commercial property in Viet Nam under the Citadines Apart’Hotel brand.

“Citadines, which first started in France some 33 years ago, is a brand that appeals to those seeking a vibrant and flexible lifestyle,” said Tony Soh, managing director of Ascott in Viet Nam, while adding that they are especially suited for travelling executives, single expatriates on project assignments or small families.

Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang is at a prime location on Tran Phu Street, with various choices for quaint shops, local eateries and nightlife activities within walking distance, as well as business-friendly amenities.

To celebrate the opening of Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang, guests can enjoy special promotional rates, from VND1.56 million (US$70) per night from now until December 20, 2017.

Ascott currently has a portfolio of 23 serviced residences, with almost 5,000 units across Viet Nam. After opening Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang, Ascott will open 13 properties across Viet Nam over the next four years.
