Property developer Alpha King Real Estate Development on Friday opened its sales centre and cultural hub in HCM City’s District 1.
The Sense will be where the company will set up the show flats of its projects including Alpha City and the upcoming Contennial.
It will also serve as a venue for cultural events, exhibitions and performances.
Situated in the Ba Son area in District 1, the 2,661sq.m, three-storey place has been inspired by the shape of the lotus flower, Viet Nam’s national flower.
On the same day the company signed a deal with Kiwi Media, a media company with a global network, and appointed its chairman, Kim Hyung Suk, as The Sense’s ambassador.
Kim is one of Korea’s greatest composers with over 1,220 songs and soundtracks of well-known movies. He has also trained over 200 KPOP stars and is now tutoring talented young singers.
The Sense will help introduce Vietnamese culture to Koreans and enable Korean artists to showcase their talent.
Alpha King is a fully foreign-owned company mainly engaged in the development of mixed-use real estate projects. – VNS
