HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Asian Coast Development (Canada) Ltd (ACDL) announced the inauguration of The Bluffs, its new 18-hole golf course, at the Grand Ho Tram Strip resort on October 19.

The 50ha golf course was opened for preview play in March. At the inauguration, Harbinger Capital Principal and Grand Ho Tram Strip investor Philip Falcone also announced that the Ho Tram Project Company, a wholly-owned ACDL subsidiary, would be developing a condominium tower and villas on a 160ha site in southern Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.

The Grand Ho Tram Strip began the first phase of construction in July 2013. Besides the condominium tower and villas, future phases will include three five-star resorts to be added to the 2.2km seaside strip. — VNS
