HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Vietnamese property conglomerate Vingroup has been honored in three categories of the reputable Asia Pacific Property Awards.

The Ha Noi-based firm was given the three highly coveted awards for their development of Vinhomes Central Park, Landmark 81 and Vinhomes Times City - Park Hill during the 2016 Asia Pacific Property Awards ceremony held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on April 8.

Vinhomes Central Park, located in HCM City, which boasts the design of a miniature green hub, was named Viet Nam's Best Mixed-Used Development. Landmark 81, also based in the southern city, was voted Viet Nam's Best High-Rise Development.

Vinhomes Times City - Park Hill project, based in Ha Noi, with 70 per cent of its area dedicated to greenery, was recognised as Viet Nam's Best Residential Landscape Architecture.

Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Media, the organiser of the awards, announced at the ceremony that all three Vingroup projects had been nominated to represent the Asia Pacific region at the International Property Awards, to be held in London in December.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards is part of the International Property Awards, given away annually by the UK-based International Property Media Ltd.

The International Property Awards is open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe, according to the firm's website.

The awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry, and an International Property Award is thus a world-renowned mark of excellence.

The awards are split into regions: Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia and Canada, as well as the Caribbean; Central & South America; Europe, including the United Kingdom; and the United States.

Vingroup has consistently been assessed by experts and the market as the leading real estate developer in Viet Nam, as evidenced by other credible rankings and awards.

Previously, the group was voted Viet Nam's best property company by the UK-based Acquisition International Magazine. — VNS
