Sale of high-end Hoa Binh villas launched

HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Archi Reenco Hoa Binh Joint Stock Co has launched the sale of its nine luxury villas in the northern Hoa Binh Province.

As part of the Zen Lam Son Villas and Resort Complex, the Ivory Mainson villas were expected to make the province's tourism industry more attractive, while making up for a shortage in the high-end real estate segment in the locality, the company said in its statement.

Each two-storey villa,spread over 800sq.min the 2,000sq.m site,has three bedrooms, a dining room and living room and a high-standard pool that will give the owners easy access to outdoor green spaces.

The villa owners will also have access to supplementary services such as restaurants, cafes, parks and indoor and outdoor sport facilities, besides other entertainment activities.

"We want to offer customers a second home,going beyond the concept of a productive asset or a resort tourism product for lease," Le Ngoc Binh, director of Archi Reenco Hoa Binh Joint Stock Co, said.

The villas cost at least VND12 billion (about US$550,000) each. They will be handed over to the buyers in January 2017.

After purchase, customers can entrust the investor with managing and leasing the villa and earn an annual profit of seven to 10 per cent, depending on the kind of villa. Archi Reenco Hoa Binh is the first company to provide customers three-year rental fees in advance.

The Zen Lam Son Villas and Resort Complex covers 66ha in the province's Lam Son Commune, Luong Son District. It consists of 312 villas, a five-star resort and other facilities. — VNS
