| Phu My Hung opens its second phase selling apartments in

HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Some 600 customers, 20 per cent of them foreigners, took part in the second phase of sales of the Happy Residence apartment project in Phu My Hung City Centre, HCM City.
Its developer, Phu My Hung Development Corporation, said 95 per cent of the 135 apartments offered in block B were snapped up.
More than one month ago, the first phase saw 99 per cent of 142 apartments sold.
Unlike then this time many foreigners were buyers.
Around 65 per cent of the buyers are thought to have bought for their own occupation.
The project, the 37th in Phu My Hung City Centre, has 554 units in four buildings with sizes ranging from 71sq.m to 92sq.m. — VNS
